Together with local poet Zhenya Yevtushenko,
Torres & Co published a three volume ekphrastic series titled Empire of Missed Chances. The first 100 copies were sold out within a few short months, with around $1200 thus far being raised for the local equality center. More information on the series can be found below.

Megan Torres is owner and lead photographer at Torres Fine Art Photography Studios, and Torres & Co.
A noted wedding and portrait photographer in Northeast Oklahoma- and now independently publishing, Megan is unafraid to experiment with her subject matter. Megan’s photographic imagery of local Tulsa dance group Ballet Folklorico Tierra Mestiza, was selected twice (2020 & 2022) by the Tulsa International Airport, and two pieces by McKeon Center for Creativity (2024) for display, highlighting one aspect of the Hispanic community in Tulsa.
Thus far in 2024 M.Torres and Torres Fine Art Photography Studios was also nominated and won CorporateLivewire’s 2024 Innovation and Excellence Award, for her service, innovation, experience, sustainability and with the judges highlighting how they were impressed with your team’s personal touch and community feel; additionally she was nominated and won Best Fine Art Wedding Photographer 2024 (Oklahoma): Megan Torres in the Global Wedding Awards 2024 presented by LUXlife.
When not leading workshops, independently publishing, consulting and collaborating with local artists Megan spends her time goofing around and dancing with her son Javier, their three black cats, and dreaming about Oklahoma skies.

My name is Megan Torres, or Torres for short.
I am a Northeastern Oklahoma Wedding - Portrait - Event photographer and educator located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
I thrive to approach each session from our unique perspectives and love for free-spirited humans...or extraterrestrials...
Be it in Tulsa, Oklahoma or beyond, my camera is an extension of my creative artistry and your adventure.
I will guide you through everything from what to wear and how we will play around while posing. Never will I leave you wondering, and as your wedding photographer I share tips and tricks that first time wedding couples might not think about and get you warmed up with a complimentary engagement session.
